International Customers

At Les Affaires, wed love to bring a smile to all our customers. Should there be a reason for an exchange or return, we will be glad to assist you through the process. Please note that in the interests of hygiene, items cannot be returned unless they have remained unworn or unwashed, with the original price tag and in their original wrapping/packing format. All goods will be inspected upon return.

Things to note for a return process:

• You can return all regular priced items within 10 days from the date of purchase in the form of merchandise credit redeemable with your next purchase.
• Shipping/ handling charges are non refundable.
• Sale items are non-refundable & non-exchangeable.
• Click here to download a return note to be enclosed with your goods.
• Delivery charges will be reimbursed for defected and incorrect items only.
• All items that are bought on les-affaires.com can only be returned to our website (HQ). Stores/boutique will be unable to refund/exchange these items for you.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error. We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning or obtain proof of posting.
